The annual conference of the American Association of Teachers of Slavic and East European Languages, AATSEEL, is your chance to make personal contact with 350-450 of the most active and professional Slavists in the United States and Canada. Our exhibit hall typically features 25 or more companies such as publishers, booksellers, study abroad organizations and travel companies, that serve this highly specialized market.
AATSEEL is pleased to confirm that we will organize a sponsored coffee break in the Exhibit Hall (time TBD) to encourage all conference participants to visit your tables. We will also plan for a book raffle for graduate students. Please indicate if you will participate in the raffle by donating books or other prizes when you submit your reservation form. Rates for exhibiting at the conference are higher than in previous years to offset the cost of sponsoring a coffee break in the Exhibit Hall.

Hotel and AccommodationsHyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing Guest room rates: $119/night for single-quadruple occupancy. Upgrades to Riverview Room, Business Plan and Executive King rooms may be available for an additional $25.00 per room for each occupancy type per night. Business Plan rooms include access to high-speed Internet at $9.95 per day, full American breakfast and have no access charges for 800 and local phone calls. Executive King rooms are king corner rooms with 4-window views of either the Delaware River or the Philadelphia Skyline. Please contact the hotel directly for more information about room upgrades.
