One-year full-time lecturer in Russian

The Department of German, Russian, and Asian Languages and Literatures at Tufts University invites applications for a Full-time Lecturer position in Russian Language and Literature for the 2015-2016 academic year with possibility for renewal. Salary competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements: PhD in Russian; native or near-native fluency in Russian and English; preference given to candidates with demonstrated experience in designing and teaching both Russian language and literature courses at the college level in the U.S.

Responsibilities include coordinating the Russian language program and teaching five courses over the year, including language courses at various levels and some literature courses in translation.
