At its 2012 meeting, Modern Language Association honored current AATSEEL President, Nancy Condee, with the Aldo and Jean Scaglione Prize for Studies in Slavic Languages and Literatures for her recent book, The Imperial Trace: Recent Russian Cinema (Oxford University Press, 2009).
