Pre-Registration Deadlines and Policies for Presenters

The deadline for conference presenters to pre-register for the 2013 AATSEEL Conference will be October 15, 2012. Pre-registration for all others will close on November 30, 2012.

2013 AATSEEL Conference Pre-Registration Rates

Nonstudent, AATSEEL member: $125
Nonstudent, nonmember: $150
Student, AATSEEL member: $55
Student, nonmember: $70

2013 AATSEEL Conference Onsite Registration Rates

Nonstudent, AATSEEL member: $175
Nonstudent, nonmember: $200
Student, AATSEEL member: $80
Student, nonmember: $95

Reduced Registration Rates for MLA Attendees

AATSEEL is pleased to offer a reduced registration of 1/2 the pre-registration rate to individuals who are also attending the MLA conference. MLA attendees should pre-register for the AATSEEL Conference online paying the regular rate. Send the proof of MLA registration by email to aatseel@usc.edu, or by mail to the AATSEEL Executive Director Elizabeth Durst, Ph.D., University of Southern California, 3501 Trousdale Parkway, THH 255L, Los Angeles, CA 90089-4353. Once the verification of MLA registration is received, you will be reimbursed the discounted portion by mail. To receive the reduced registration rate on-site, you must first register at MLA and show your MLA badge at the AATSEEL registration desk.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Preregistration refunds will be made for written cancellations received up to the applicable preregistration deadline (September 30 for program participants, November 30 for all others), less a $10 processing fee. After that date no refunds will be made.
