Registration
Registration is required of all attendees. Pre-registration for the 2008 will be open by September 1, 2008.

Reduced registration for MLA conference attendees
AATSEEL is pleased to offer a reduced registration of 1/2 the pre-registration rate to individuals who are also attending the MLA conference. To receive the reduced registration rate, you must first register at MLA and show your MLA badge at the AATSEEL registration desk.
Pre-Registration deadlines and policies for presenters
Conference presenters must pre-register for the conference by September 30, 2008. All conference presenters must be current AATSEEL members. Pregistration for others closes on November 30, 2008. All others register for the conference on-site.
Cancellation and refund policy
Preregistration refunds will be made for written cancellations received up to the applicable preregistration deadline (September 30 for program participants, November 30 for all others), less a $10 processing fee. After that date no refunds will be made.
Equipment
Any special equipment for presentations (e.g., Audio cassette/CD player, TV/VCR, TV/DVD player, overhead projector, computer projector, screen) must be communicated by the panelist to the Program Committee contact person no later than August 1, 2008. AATSEEL cannot guarantee equipment availability for requests received after the August 1 deadline. Most equipment is provided to participants as part of their conference registration fee. However, presenters who request AATSEEL to provide computer projection equipment (and LCD projector and screen) will need to pay a $50 equipment surcharge at the time of conference preregistration. A panel or roundtable organizer can request computer projection equipment for a whole session for $120 surcharge. Participants are welcomed to bring their own LCD projectors, although they should remember to request a screen and power source for their presentations.
The $50 surcharge defrays the cost to AATSEEL of renting this equipment from the hotel AV services company. It does not completely cover those costs to the organization.
