Adjunct Instructor of Russian

The College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences seeks qualified individuals to join our adjunct pool for possible, non-benefited, part-time teaching assignments in Russian at the University of Denver in the 2020-21 academic year. Adjunct Russian faculty members teach 4-credit undergraduate courses. The opportunity exists to teach both introductory courses as well as higher-level offerings. The specific courses involved may vary from quarter to quarter and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on departmental needs. At this time, we are searching for Fall 2020 instructors only; however, the opportunity may develop to stay on for Winter and/or Spring courses. Adjunct faculty are compensated at a rate of $4,150 per course, and may teach up to a maximum of six courses over three academic quarters (Fall, Winter, Spring). This posting will serve for multiple openings.
