The UNC Undergraduate Russian Flagship Program (UNCRFP) is jointly administered by the UNC Center for Slavic, Eurasian and East European (CSEEES) and the Department of Germanic and Slavic Languages and Literatures (GSLL). Working alongside and reporting to the Program Director, the Assistant Director manages and oversees the overall logistical and administrative functioning of the program as well as program growth and sustainability. Duties include: curriculum development, academic advising and placement, publicity and recruitment, planning of co-curricular activities, program assessment, and fundraising. The Assistant Director works closely with CSEEES and GSLL staff and faculty in addition to many departments and units in the College of Arts and Sciences, including the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the Office of Student Aid, the Study Abroad Office, University Career Services, and the ROTC branches.
