After February 1st, 2022, we ask anyone who wishes to register to please do so on-site in Philadelphia. Thank you!

Pre-Registration Deadlines and Policies for Presenters

In order to ensure accuracy in the program and in the planning process for this year's virtual conference, we ask panelists and presenters to pre-register for the conference by January 15, 2022. All panelists and presenters must be current members.

Attendees who are not presenting at the 2022 conference may pre-register at any point through January 9, 2022 to guarantee they'll have a name badge on arrival in Philadelphia. Participants registering after January 9, whether online or on-site, will need a badge printed on-site. AATSEEL has limited staffing, so to avoid delays with registration on-site, we recommend pre-registering online by January 9 if at all possible.

Conference Updates Concerning the Pandemic

Proof of Vaccination
Participants are expected to be fully vaccinated at the time of the meeting. According to the city of Philadelphia, “Completing vaccinations means that they have completed the series of any vaccine that has been approved or authorized by either the Food and Drug Administration or the World Health Organization to prevent COVID-19." On arrival at the conference, you should be prepared to show your vaccine record and a form of identification that matches the name on your vaccine record. These records will be verified by conference staff at check-in on-site in Philadelphia.

The following are acceptable as proof of vaccination:
-A vaccination card with your name, type of vaccination, and dates of vaccines.
-A photocopy or photograph of your vaccination card stored on a digital device.
-Your vaccination record from the CDC website.

Conference participants are expected to pre-register for the conference by January 9th, or their names will not be included in the program.

Acknowledgement of Risk: By attending the in-person AATSEEL Conference in Philadelphia, attendees acknowledge all of the risks associated with the contagious and evolving nature of COVID-19, and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, harm, or loss related to contracting the virus while traveling to/from and attending the AATSEEL conference. Attendees agree to release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless AATSEEL’s staff, Board, volunteers, contractors, partners, participants, and representatives from all claims of any kind arising out of COVID-19.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Preregistration refunds will be made for written cancellations received up to the applicable preregistration deadline (January 15), less a $10 processing fee. After that date no refunds will be made.
