Lecturer in Russian

The Department of Languages at Clemson University invites applications for a renewable full-time lecturer in Russian language and literature beginning August, 2016.

Responsibilities include coordinating the Russian language program, teaching language courses at all levels in addition to literature and culture courses in English. The course load is three courses per semester.

The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. in Russian or equivalent in Russian language or literature (though ABDs will be considered) and possess native or near native fluency in Russian. We are seeking a creative instructor with demonstrated excellence in teaching and familiar with contemporary instructional technologies.
