Harrah's Las Vegas

The 2024 AATSEEL Conference will take place at Harrah's on the Las Vegas Strip. The AATSEEL conference rate for attendees is $139/night, plus a $30 resort fee. Rooms can be reserved online or by phone: (888) 458-8471. The conference rate will be available until January 24, 2024.

AATSEEL is contractually obligated to fill rooms at the conference site—it helps the conference and the organization to thrive when attendees choose the conference hotel over other lodging options.

Later in the year we will post a room share board for anyone looking for a roommate in order to reduce personal lodging expenses.

Ground Transportation

Harrah's is located on the Las Vegas Strip north of the Flamingo and LINQ Hotel and across the street from the Caesar's Forum shopping center at Caesars' Palace.

Taxis from Harry Reid Airport to Harrah's will run about $20-$30 one way. Most taxis accept credit cards as well as cash.

Shuttles from the airport to the Strip are also available and can be booked in advanced. The Bell Trans shuttle service costs $15 per person.
